This project aims to create a better environment for providing services to vulnerable groups through harmonizing Kosovo procurement legislation with EU acquis and directives on contracting services, particularly enabling the Kosovo government to contract direct services with CSOs providing services. This will be done by drafting secondary legislation, which is part of the Government’s Strategy for cooperation with civil society.
CiviKos as the co-chair of the Government Council for Cooperation with civil society, will lead this process in partnership with the Office for Good Governance/Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo and the Ministry of Finance Labour and Transfer.
This project is made possible by support from the HumanRightivism project, funded by the Embassy of Sweden in Pristina through the Community Development Fund (CDF).
