The three-day workshop, organised by the CiviKos Platform, brought together representatives of the working group and officials from procurement departments from central and local levels to advance the process of finalising the draft Administrative Instruction on Contracting Services for CSOs. During this workshop, in-depth discussions were held on the content and implementation of the administrative instruction as well as identifying key challenges that may arise during its implementation.
A special focus was also on drafting a practical guide, which will serve as a support document for public institutions, providing a clear standard for the effective implementation of administrative instruction.
The workshop is organised by the CiviKos Platform with support from the HumanRightivism project and financed by the Global Fund through the Community Development Fund.
