Civikos Platform in cooperation with the Office for Good Governance/Office of the Prime Minister through an inclusive process has completed the document “Policy Recommendation Regarding the Contracting of Services by CSOs in Kosovo”.
This document will serve as a basis for drafting secondary legislation for contracting services by CSOs in Kosovo.
This report was carried out in the framework of the Project Mitigating the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on CSOs Providing Services implemented by the CiviKos Platform in partnership with the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law Stichting (ECNL), and financed by the Balkan Trust for Democracy (#BTD), a project of The German Marshall Fund of the United States (#GMF) through the United States Agency for International Development (#USAID).
