CiviKos Platfotm Board and Secretariat held a workshop on strategic planning of CiviKos from 04-06 July 2014. In the beginning, were presented the achievements of CiviKos Platform during the last 6 months by the executive director, Ms. Valdete Idrizi, and then started the workshop.
The workshop included defining the vision and mission’s CiviKos, SWOT Matrix; prioritization of opportunities and risks, prioritization of strengths and weaknesses, prioritization of CiviKos strategic objectives, CiviKos work methodology, the action plan for the finalization of the strategy. This strategic planning will serve CiviKos Platform for the period 2014 – 2017. The workshop was supported by TACSO office in Kosovo.
