Prishtina, October 14 2013. The first meeting of NGOs about the Kosovo’s membership process in OGP (Open Government Partnership) was held in FOL Movement offices.
In this meeting were: Ardita Metaj-Dika (TACSO), Etida Zeka (RIINVEST), Florentina Hajdari (CBM), Isuf Zejna (KDI/TIK), Mimoza Murati (CiviKos), Iliriana Kaçaniku (KFOS), Valdete Idrizi (CiviKos), Arianit Dobroshi (IF), Kristjan Hasanaj (INPO), Fidan Kalaja dhe Petrit Zogaj (FOL).
During this meeting it was discussed about the process of Kosovo’s membership in OGP (Open Government Partnership), the role of the Government of Kosovo and Civil Society in this process, where Civil Society will work on the plan of activities, while the Government will lobby for the Kosovo’s membership in OPG. Moreover, it was discussed about the participation of some of the Kosovo’s civil society members in the OGP Annual Summit) and the “Civil Society day” that will be held from 30 October – 1 November in London. In this event will participate representatives from FOL Movement, RIINVEST, KFOS and IPKO Foundation, while CiviKos will be present just during the meeting of the Civil Society day”OGP.
