The Assembly of Platform CiviKos Members

The Assembly of CiviKos Platform members will be held on 4 April 2014 (Friday) at Square 21 in Pristina, starting at 10:00. Except the presentation of the work and financial reports, during the meeting of the Assembly will be arranged the voting for entirely as new documents consulted with members from last year: Rules of Procedure (including mechanisms for selection and representation) and the Code of Conduct. Also, will be proposed and voted on the change of an amendment of the Statute and the Rules of Procedure of the Board with regard to ensure the rotation of the Board members and providing continuity.In this Assembly there will also be elected the new Board of CiviKos Platform. Every organization can be represented only by one representative. For participants who travel outside Pristina travel expenses will be covered by the Secretariat of CiviKos Platform.
