The final consultation about internal documents of CiviKos Platform

It has already became a year that CiviKos platform has begun drafting internal documents which are necessary for raising the level of our work and activities. During this process a number of external experts and member organizations were involved, as well as all developed drafts were discussed at numerous meetings with member organizations. Recent series of meetings with members, conducted during last year in some areas of Kosovo, has provided many important elements for the finalization of these documents.

Based on these comments, the Board has prepared pre-final drafts for CiviKos Platform, which we dispersed to your final consultation. After this consultation, these documents will be proposed for approval in the Assembly of CiviKos Platform, expected to be held in March 2014. Due to the large number of participants in the Assembly and numerous topics that will be on the agenda, the discussion for these specific elements of these documents will be impossible. Before voting documents as a whole, only specific elements which received numerous comments can be discussed or comments opposed by a large number of member organizations. For this reason, we encourage you to carefully read and review the attached documents, and till February 28, 2014 to send us your comments in writing, together with concrete proposals for change.
